All merchandise orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Any painting purchase will be delivered after 4 December 2023. Our team will reach out to you to schedule a delivery date and time.

During peak seasons, please allow for an additional 1 – 3 business days. We will try our best to keep you updated on the status of your merchandise purchase.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

North East Community Development Council (North East CDC) will provide a complimentary local tracked delivery service for merchandise and painting purchases. The delivery will need to be to a residential or office address. We are unable to deliver to P.O. box numbers.

Merchandise delivery time: After orders have been processed, the delivery service will take 3-5 working days to deliver your package. Customers will receive an email once the order has been processed with a confirmation email that will contain the tracking number.

If you have yet to receive your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shapinghearts2023@adrenalin.com.sg with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

For any overseas purchases, please contact us at shapinghearts2023@adrenalin.com.sg to get a quote on shipping costs before purchase.

Painting delivery: As the paintings will be on display at the exhibitions, customers can choose a date after the 4 December for the delivery to be arranged.

Return Policy

We do not accept any returns on goods sold. If the merchandise is faulty, we will exchange it for another of the same merchandise.

You can email us at shapinghearts2023@adrenalin.com.sg to submit a photo of the merchandise. The merchandise needs to be with the original packaging with no signs of use or wear.
