Raymond belongs to a new generation of Singaporean artists who are at the forefront of the city-state’s evolution into a Renaissance City. A vocal and colourful individual, painting is a therapeutic process to find peace and fulfilment for him. His large collection of realist and abstract works reveal a gentler, softer side to his outgoing personality. Raymond received a Bachelor’s in Fine Art from the University of Tasmania, and was honoured with the UOB Painting of the Year award and the National Arts Council Young Artist Award. His works can be found in the collections of Ambassador-at-Large Professor Tommy Koh, Singapore Management University, United Overseas Bank and the National Arts Council to name a few.
