Cheryl, 49, is diagnosed with anxiety, OCD and stridor. She enjoys various art media, such as pastel drawing, acrylic painting, crochet and paper quilling. Art allows her to feel relaxed and joyful. Colourful colours lift her spirits while dark colours reflect her moodiness. She volunteered at Crochet of Love & Project Juntos, making friends with similar interests and has since been learning different stitches.
