Moy Saw Han, a 49-year-old female, became visually impaired in 2018 due to glaucoma. She has only 15% tunnel vision in her left eye and blind in her right eye. In 2022, she took some art classes that were funded by Temasek Fund for the disabled, before joining the Touch Art programme by SAVH in March 2023 and has since been creating artwork. She has a passion to create with her hands – be it painting, doing handicraft, writing poems, baking, and making melodies on the harp, tongue drum, and autoharp. Her paintings seek to bring life, hope and exuberance to others.
