This artwork was made using a pallet knife to smudge patches and give it a rough looking image. The way I express myself truly via various colours and textures can be seen and interpreted freely by the viewers.

Zayne, 14, thinks too much for an average teenager – FAR TOO MUCH. He was 9 when he had his first panic attack. He struggled in school, eventually reaching a stage where his thoughts overwhelmed and consumed him. Since then, he stopped going to school, relieving some of his worries. Art helped to take his mind off negative thoughts and the support he received from SAMH allowed his condition to improve.
