During these tough times, being able to work meant stability to Kai Xuan. He created a portrait of a fellow colleague working away, showing resilience in the face of adversity. This artwork hopes to serve as an encouragement to those who might feel uncertain about the current situation, and that they are not alone.

Ong Kai Xuan is a 20 year old boy diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). He attended Bizlink’s contact centre training for a month where his proficiency in drawing was highlighted and recognised. He is currently under the Sheltered Workshop to Work (SWW) programme and we are hoping to hone his abilities further in hopes of him becoming an illustrator.
